Natalie Lister – Counsellor
Hello I am Natalie, I have been working within the counselling industry for a number of years.
I use a largely person-centred existential approach which means that I put you at the centre of your own therapy. To help you to find your own solutions and understand yourself better. I am happy to integrate tools and techniques from other approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy – what we use will depend on what you feel will be best for you. I offer a warm non-judgemental space for a range of issues including sexuality, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships including diverse relationships and many more.
I am currently offering online counselling only.
Counselling is something that is very personal which is why I offer a free assessment session so that you can decide if you feel that if I am the right counsellor for you. During our first session I am happy to answer any questions that you have about the way in which I work, or about counselling in general.
